Nordic Ware is all I bake in anymore. It is so heavy-duty and nothing sticks. Spray it with a little baking spray and everything comes right out. I love this classic Bundt pan. I have another one in my closet and you could bundle them. They are heavy (cast aluminum with enamel coating) but you could bake twice as many Bundt Cakes with them for parties.
