leplourde2021@jforde07 Hi! Looks like the waistband is about 15 1/2 inches across, so about 31”. The measurements are also in the photos :) There is no tag with the fabric composition so I’m not 100% sure but its a lightweight woven fabric with a corduroy texture. Hope that helps!
