This is such a well-made dress. It was never worn because my body is changing and I am now a solid size 8 in a dress. Though I probably could have gotten away with it, I would say this is more a 6. By the time I decided it was just a tad not the best fit on me, it was too late to return. Gap and old navy have really gotten tight on their return policies. I did take off the tags and washed on cold delicate once without drying. It has a nice stretchy smocked top. The fabric is not too thick or thin just nice weight to it.
