I agree with most of the reviews that say these run a size big. I typically wear a 27 or 28 and can wear these comfortably, BUT they have very little stretch so aren’t the most comfy if I’m sitting down. If you like a slightly slouchier, vintage men’s’ jeans feel, these will be more to size. :) Perfect condition, no wear and tear (other than the distressing they came with.). No smells or stains or anything to note! Measurements in photos.
