EUC Pink Owl Apparel Patterned Dress w/ Open Sleeves

This is such a striking and unusual dress! Long sleeved, the cuffs have a elastic and each arm has two open slits on the outside, creating an unusual design. It is V-neck on the front and back, and has a two string design across the back. The pattern is black, gray, and cream, sort of a cross hatching that almost represents tie-dye. Clear hanger loops still attached. It has a black inner lining that is quite stretchy, and the outside dress does not provide stretch.
