I purchased quite a few pendants from someone who’d been hand wrapping stones/gems as a main source of income. Unfortunately arthritis stopped him from doing what he loved. He sold everything he had (wrapped & unwrapped) in lots. I will be listing many of the pieces I purchased. These are authentic cabs (cut & polished stones/shells) that he wrapped. I will provide as much information as possible on each. Over time some of the labels have come off the packages, so if I cannot correctly identify the wire or exact name of the stone, I will indicate in the listing. This listing is for a jaw dropping Labradorite pendant with jeweler’s brass & blue metallic copper wrap. Measurements in photos. All markings are natural to the stone. There are some natural inclusions, these include small internal fractures & bubbles. I did my best to capture them in the photos. The stone is smooth, however if you gently rub your fingernail over the areas, you will feel a small “catch.” These areas are within the stone near the surface. They occurred as the stone was forming/“growing.”. This is not external damage. Phenomenal markings and color in this stone. Depending how the light catches it, you’ll see yellow, blue, peach, pink, & green. Incredibly intricate weave for this wrap. The dual color is the perfect compliment to the color/pattern of the stone. The wrap took over 30 hours to complete. Comes from a smoke free, pet friendly home. Thanks for looking!
