EXPRESS Yellow Flutter Short Sleeve Blouse

38" chest 22" length Material: Polyester This NWT cropped flutter sleeve top is a canary yellow color and the material has a satin-like feel. It has a peplum styled seam at the waist but it is not form fitting and gives some breathing room. It is a size large and true to size. It's a lovely work top with tags still attached.
