These are McKenzie Childs, beautiful, retired, Victoria & Richard, enamelware tea or coffee mugs/cups, which are hard to find. The pattern was designed so that colors could be mixed to create a beautiful table setting (see our other plates, cups, and bowls). This pattern is interchangeable with their Camp 1995 pattern. One cup is labeled "Victoria & Richard" on the bottom. The other doesn't identify the pattern. Height 3” x top diameter 3”
