insidermanSince this is an Italian manufacturer, I'm wondering if this is IT42 rather than EU42. EU 42 is roughly equivalent to IT 48 or a US 12. IT42 is roughly equivalent to EU36 or a US 6. Since your measure ptp is 34", This is probably US 4 - 6. At any rate, the 34" chest is too small for my wife, who wears US14.
