This is a new without tags top. Never worn. Can be worn as a dress with leggings or as a top. It comes down past the hips. It measures 35 inches shoulder to bottom. Pit to pit is 28 inches and it is very stretchy so it can go to 30 inches or more pit to pit.very flowy with laced up neck area.
