Not Rated - Knee High Boots - Pleated

Reposhing this item I purchased from @boo1993. Loved it, but my legs are a bit big for them The previous owner never wore them outside her home because of medical reasons and I never had the chance to show them off. There's a bit of shedding from the fabric, please see pics. This comes natural from the type of fabric it is. No one can notice when you're wearing them unless their face is really up close to your legs looking for defects 😂 They are super cute! I'm really sad I couldn't use them but will be happy someone else can. Questions? Leave a comment below!
