Vintage Lamberton Scammell China Gravy Flowers Rail Road Restaurant Ware. I’m not sure if this is dogwood or another similar flower. It has kind of a pinkish color. See photos. The bottom mark is hard to read, but it does look like Lamberton 7” long & just under 4” tall Good condition
