Hi there is the 16 inch waist flat or stretched? I think it looks like it might have stretch in the back but maybe I am not seeing the style correctly. Thank you!

@poppyblooms Hi, yes, the entire waistband is elastic on this so the 16 inches no without the stretch. It stretches close to 25 inches
