Cache Off White Pencil Skirt Size 2

Cache off white pencil skit. Two white like spots on the front that are incredibly hard to see, and only are visible in certain lights. Was very hard to photograph the marks, but they are shown in the last two photos. Some loose thread that are pictured in the third to last photograph. Otherwise, excellent condition. Size 2. For reference, mannequin is approximately a size 2.
