A true vintage 1940s sheer black cellophane straw round tilt style hat with a full black face veil and long black velvet ties. A rounded style hat. Velvet "button" on top. Long black velvet ribbon ties. Long mysterious black full face veil. It can be worn further back on the head with the velvet ties under the chin. One size. Note: In very good condition except the veil is torn from the edge of the hat. It can be sewn back together. See the photo. A few bends to the top. Seen in the photo.
