Slightly padded and padding is NOT removable. Bra has thin black straps that are adjustable but NOT removable. There are 2 straps on each side (In the back they're close together, like normals strap placement)(In the front straps are attached in 2 different spots on each bra cup - 1st straps in the front is the typical bra strap placement.
