Smocked area: 14โ un-stretched but 17โ when stretched - its smocked and stretchy (keep in mind the smocked portion sits above bust so measure above chest area to get that measurement
Pit to pit of under smocked portion measures 22โ across (where your bust area will be)
Waist/hips: 34โ across so very wide/flowy body but falls beautifully when wearing with gathered elasticized bottom hems
Length: 48โ length

Does this fit like an xs or will it fit bigger? Is it a really baggy fit for xs? Some free peoples clothing sizes can vary drastically!
