You twist the front section around your bust and secure behind the neck with 2 buttons (2 tightness options). Creates a halter neck style with a cutout, which reveals some “under boob” and midsection. Front has ruching up the side (so flattering) and a leg slit. Open back because of the halter. I’m 5’7 and this hits above my ankles in heels. Fabric is stretchy, soft, and luxurious feeling despite being 100% polyester. It’s also double lined and thick, which means you don’t need a bra.
