stbartsgirl@emmya2008 looks like 20 inches across. Yes there is a spot on right arm I have included a video for. This does not look permanent. I believe with proper dry cleaning it could come out but I cannot say for sure. Other than that a few little tiny spots but again I believe they would come out. It has been well stored through the years. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thank you.
