In Norse Mythology, the most renowned Goddess was Freya. Considered the goddess of love, fertility, battle, and gold, Freya is depicted as a long blond-haired beauty wearing a magical falcon feather cloak and a glowing necklace called Brísingamen. Wear a necklace almost as splendid as Brísingamen, with this handmade necklace that has pendants and charms representing the Norse Goddess Freya!
This unisex necklace features at its center a silver goddess pendant overlapping charms of heart shaped Linden leaves, since the Linden was the tree of Freya. To the left is a cat charm, since Freya was thought to ride a chariot pulled by two cats, and a daisy charm, the flower of Freya. To the right is a sword charm, and Viking battle hem charm, since Freya was the Queen of the Valkyries. Dangling from the goddess pendant and interspersing all the charms are gold cave druzy teardrops, since Freya was believed to weep tears of gold. This unique necklace has been newly handmade just for you, and is adjustable from 18.5 to 28 inches (can be made shorter or longer upon request).
