She has spaghetti straps with cold shoulders. She has a detachable necklace with clasps on both ends. You can attach to the straps, wear as a necklace around your neck, or leave it off. It is a size 3XL, which should fit size 18-20 comfortably. Great condition with no wear, stains, tears, runs, or odors. Comes from a smoke-free, pet-friendly home.
