Alyce Designs, pageant dress is in spotless condition. Size 2. Sequins and tight ruched waist with lots of gathers. Absolutely gorgeous. The skirt part is 4 layers. Hot pink & Black. Big-time flare. Measurements are armpit to armpit laying flat are 13 in. Waist is 11 in. Length is 31 in. That is outside layer. No stretch. My friend wore this dress at a beauty pageant. She was 14 yrs old. She is now 47. No wear at all.
