This is Issue 1 of the Marvel Comic book limited series Arc 1: The Stand: Captain Trips. Released on September 2008. This was a series of comic books by Marvel Comics based on Stephen King's novel of the same name. The comic adaptation was written by Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa with art by Mike Perkins and Laura Martin.
