There is one small hole and a few snagged areas but not all the way through. The worse area is on the collar. See pics for details and measurements which are approximate. Approx measurements Pit to Pit - 16.5 + Length to Top of Collar - 27.5 Small vent in the back. 3 buttons It is really cozy, not itchy at all.
