missrosales40 @lilianacorzo04 Hi, thanks for asking😊 These measurements refer to when the bag is fully stretched from the outer corners and thus becomes wider. You can see in the photos how it is with the corners tucked in and when they are stretched the bag becomes larger. I hope this information helps you.
