American Eagle Outfitters tiered embroidered swing dress, size small, (but very roomy). Elbow length sleeves with frayed cuffs, very deep V neck. It's a tiny bit longer in the back. Black with tan and red embroidery. *Please note in the stock photos the sleeves are longer and there are tassel ties in front, I edited it a bit to make it more versatile a few years ago.
