serendiprettyHi! measured flat, waist is 14-1/4 so 28-1/2 or 29, and the hip is 16-1/2 or 17 so 34” (I measured 8” down from the waist). For reference, my dress form measurements are waist 25-1/2” and hip 35-3/4”. I hope this helps! Happy to answer any other questions. Thank you!
