How long is this? Coul it be worn as a dress? What is bust measurement?!

@gilmoregirls504 It measures approx. 27 1/2 inches from neck to front hem. It’s a little longer in back. It’s a poncho style so it measures approx. 30 inches across the back from arm seam to arm seam.
