These gorgeous rare vintage 1990s Navy Blue & Brown Kiltie Leather Roper Cowboy Boots by JUSTIN are in amazing condition! The pebbled leather two-tone boots with removable navy & brown kilties, leather laces, & brass hardware are a showstopper of a pair! With a hip equestrian/prairie vibe, they can be worn with or without the adorable fringe kilties! Excellent vintage condition! Only very minor signs of use on the leather, light patina on the brass, these were barely used! Handcrafted in the USA!
