There were never any seals, as not all cosmetics have them (reference sniffing at Target...lol). In short, they're the same item, however, the texture spray has a couple of changed ingredients in the formula for the rebranding. To be clear, this bundle has the "Full Dry Volume Blast" at 7.5 oz.
