Nice pair of women's trousers/dress pants from H&M. Black/tan/white houndstooth style print. Zipper front with a hook closure at the waist. 2 front pockets and 2 back pockets. Super comfortable! Approximate measurements: Waist - 34" Rise - 10" Inseam - 26" These have had some moderate use but are still in very good condition. I have some other similar sized work/dress pants in the closet and will give a great deal if you want to bundle them. I've transitioned to a WFH job and no longer need some of these work clothes.
