Shisa originated in an Okinawa myth and believed to protect the homes and keep away bad luck. Shisa have become symbols of Okinawa, and these mythical lion dogs are usually in pairs, one male and one female. This matching pair measures approximately 5.25" in length, 2" in width and 2.5" tall.
