Lightweight coastal dress

Easygoing lightweight striped dress that gives major coastal vibes. Absolutely love this, but never worse it because the chest doesn’t fit. Unlined, tie neck with cute tassels. The color is somewhere between coastal green/blue. Very neutral. Measurements are in photos- this is a very generous XS due to the style and could easily fit a Medium. Would be super cute with or without a belt, on the beach, in the city, out to lunch, or relaxing poolside. I really wish it fit me. Brand new with tags
