Measurements - Heel Height: 5 inches Heel to Toe: 9.25 inches Shoe size: 7.5 but fits like a 7 Upper boot width: 15.5 inches Lower boot width: 11 inches Condition - Never worn outside. I have tried them on a handful of times, but I have not had the right event for it to be worn. They are made of faux suede so some lint sticks to it easily, but a lint roller has helped fix that. Comes with non-slip shoe pads (shown in sixth image). Alterations - Originally these thigh highs went pretty high up (another 2 inches), although the zipper stops at the knee so the extra 2 inches would flop around or smack while you walk and it made me walk like a cowboy. So i altered them myself to sit perfectly above the knee (shown in second image).
