Single cup and saucer of the classic Franciscan Ivy pattern, dating to the late 1950s. This pattern has been produced since the 1940s and was featured on the classic sitcom ‘I Love Lucy’. The cup and saucer are in very good vintage condition commensurate with their age and use. Cup measures 3-1/4” diameter by 2-1/2” tall. Saucer is 6-1/2” diameter. Holds exactly one cup, 8 oz. Glaze is in very good vintage condition, no chips, cracks or crazing. The brown ink ‘TV screen’ hallmark on the saucer was used from 1958 to 1960. The cup hallmark was used from 1934 to 1984.
