Only Hearts NYC / BGN NWT Strapless Plaid Dress with Attached Petticoat - Size 4

Super sweet dress with an elaborate construction. A very tailored bodice with a foldover strapless neckline hugs the bust without boning. Multiple layers of underskirt with little bustles create a bell silhouette in the skirt. The bold plaid is embellished and softened with a pink embroidered design. This seems to be a collaboration between BGN and Only Hearts NYC made sometime between 2006 and 2020. In excellent condition. The zipper sticks a bit in one place. Would probably recommend a hook and eye added at top of zipper for support. Bust: 34-35” Waist: 26-27” Length of skirt from top of waistband: 23”
