Vintage Plissé is a capsule collection of great visual impact that goes extremely well with the collection's Venetian baroque theme. The leading motif is the pleat, made on satin and, in some cases, on tulle, combined with a stretch Leavers lace characterised by quite a pronounced floral design. The strong artistic inspiration prompted by the bark effect pleat work is worthy of note, reminding us of the Mariano Fortuny fabrics, great creator of the early twentieth-century. Slip retail $392
