Amazing vintage warm rowing jacket. Light blue color water resistant outer and warm fleece interior. This jacket is a pullover, half zip style with kangaroo pocket jn front for hand, and a velcro bonus flap above that (its own compartment). Has adjuster at the bottom to cinch tight. Has a hood, too.
