KEMPER snow pants

Kemper brand, gunmetal/grey color, sleek and minimalist snow pants. Worn a number of times in the snow and for outdoor, cold-weather activities. Not too baggy or bulky; wears well and comfortably with layers underneath. Both sides of the pants—the inner lining and the outer material—are smooth and soft to the touch. EUC. However, please note that there is a section on the right-side butt area where there are noticeable marks/stains that might have come from sitting or falling on something (please see the third to last photo for reference). Regardless of this or any other minor flaws, these pants are already washed/cleaned and ready to be shipped. Approximate measurements are shown in a few of the pictures. I have loved wearing these but letting them go only because they no longer fit me (too small). Please comment if you have any questions. Additional details (measurements, laid flat): INSEAM = approximately 29 in. LENGTH = approximately 40.5 in. *UPDATE: I tried again to clean the markings on the back of these pants by treating the area with a bit of detergent and scrubbing it lightly with my fingers, then I ran it through the wash. The second to last photo shows the re-washed version where the circular white spot can no longer be seen and only the darker grease-looking stains remain.
