Excellent used condition. Purchased in the late 1980's or early 1990's. Missing size tag, no other visible signs of wear. Discontinued. Filson no longer makes the classic Double Mackinaw Cruiser in all wool; the new version is manufactured in Vietnam (MSRP $695). Made in the USA (Seattle, Washington) 100% Virgin Wool Featuring the signature back map pocket and an array of front pockets along with reinforced snaps. This is a coat that will last you a lifetime. I believe this would be a Size Large according to Filson's current sizing. The jacket measures approximately 31" from the collar (tagline) to the bottom of the coat and 26/27" from pit to pit (underarm seam to seam). Please feel free to reach out for more measurements. leafs22FYI, all of Filsons unlined Mackinaw wool cruiser jackets and jac shirts are made in the USA, not Vietnam, the lined Mackinaw Packer is also made in the USA. True, they don't make Double Mackinaw Cruisers anymore unless it's a special edition, in which case it would also be made in the USA.

mike_seifeIs the wool the heavy weight (26-28) of jackets, or the weight from which they make shirts? Are there any holes, tears, rips, etc. that are present or have been repaired? Are there any stains, discolorations,etc? Please remeasure the pit to pit value. The ones in your ad are fine for me, but any smaller won't work. Thanks,
