Cute and comfy top has black and cream background print topped by colorful textured fabric strips on front and neckline! Deep slightly ruffled hem. Keyhole back neck opening. Elastic cuffs on long sleeves. Nice fabric is 100% rayon. Care label says hand wash but I placed in mesh bag and machine washed on Delicate and hung to dry and it turned out great. Size 2X.
