🍀 Beautiful Antique Cameo

It’s so pretty and polished beautifully 10kt gold Italian peach shell and ivory cameo. It is cross listed on other sites. It is old. It is beautifully carved, even the carvings in the gold are intricate and not completely worn down. The gold is old and the chain is dainty but quality made. It does have 2 chips in the peach shell one at head of ivory lady and one at her left shoulder area, she is unharmed the rest of this gorgeous true antique piece is in great preowned condition.
