Did you wash it or something, I’m trying to figure out why the leather isn’t smooth. I’m looking to replace mine that I got wet!

No, I never washed it because it's genuine leather. Especially for this jacket, the leather is so crushed in the original. Very little wear and no cleaning required. I recommend cleaning only with special leather products. I hope this helps you.
