matt2thepoint I wear a 38x34 loose fit in pants or even a 40x34. I'm fighting lung cancer from Firefighting ..Now I fell again an have to hav shoulder surgery...I need to get some shorts, a nice sweatpants that stretch or just tie on...I wearva big Xl in sweats or whatever nice houseplants are called..Fo you think these will git my waist....thankyou and God Bless yall.....Matthew O.

scrossetti @matt2thepoint Ok The actual relaxed measurement of the waist is 38.5 so it will stretch out plus you still have your pull ties. My Husband Does not have any new Sweats. I should be getting some items on Wednesday am but it's a unmanifested pallet .I won't know until I see tags.But these should work for you
