Forever Champagne Sleeveless/Strapless Flowy Cocktail Dress with Ribbons

Flowy champagne colored sleeveless/strapless cocktail style dress by Forever. Very flattering fit, and the ribbons add a cute flair. There are a couple minor flaws: the left side of the hanger strap is damaged/cut, and the tag has detached on one side but is still intact (and able to be to attached back if desired).
