Vintage Junior/Misses border dress

Vintage Junior/Misses border dress with border on skirt and sleeves. It is a beautiful plaid in greens and blues and golds; There is a placket in the front with hidden buttons which are only for decoration. The dress has working buttons/buttonholes in back. I feel there is one button button missing on the ones under the placket since they seem to be in pairs as shown. Since it is under the placket it doesn't even show though. There are no tags on this dress - I would say it is a cotton and did iron it. The measurements are - bust 34 inches, waist 29 inches, neck to waist meausres 12 inches, the sleeve length is 13 inches; shoulder to shoulder measures 13 3/4 inches, waist to hem is 21 inches. Looking at the Size charts this could be a Junior XS or Small or it could be a small misses size - perhaps 4. This dress does have belt loops but no belt. The first full view picture is true to color...for some reason some of the closeups seem washed out and it is a nice dark fabric. So pretty!
