This is a Sexy Flirty, Black Silk Blouse with metallic Gold dots. It is layered with the Netting top layer and a chiffon black lining layer. The fabric is 80% Silk and 20% Metallicized threads. There are no sleeves. There is a fabric tie belt just under the bust. You pull on the top. The front is an extremely low V. It has been gently worn. It is a Woman's size with the tag cut off so I'm guessing at a size Small to Medium depending on how tightly you tie the belt.
