sharlight01@paulaw283 Sorry Paula, had an engagement tonight so didn't get to check earlier but just listed measurements. P2P is 21" and goes to 24" while still giving the loose, billowy effect. It can stretch lots more but would guve a different look than intended. Hope that helps some. 😊
