This is a long tank that can be worn as a dress or long shirt over pants. Color is melon/orange. Material is not described but feels like a cotton/poly blend. Ruffle is made of a tight netting. It has not been worn and does have a tag attached but nothing with a price on it. It came from a boutique - the daughter decided it wasn’t her vibe. Go figure. Size small with a little stretch.
