Conditioner would fix this right up! I have not conditioned it at all but have several Frye Melissa bags that did this just from sitting and I actually used some coach conditioner on them-worked perfect for my Apple and Charcoal Frye Melissa’s. There are way better leather conditioners out there though, and less expensive just fyi.
